As a Sales Engineer, you will help Globus users achieve their research goals by architecting secure, scalable data management solutions. Organizations that adopt Globus include universities, national laboratories, federal research agencies and commercial companies of all shapes and sizes, and no single approach to data management works for all. Your knowledge of software development, high-performance computing, storage, and data architecture, combined with strong communication skills and analytical abilities, will help you demonstrate to customers how Globus services can support a broad range of use cases in diverse research disciplines.

Using your relationship-building skills, you will provide exemplary customer service, anticipating how decisions are made, persistently exploring and uncovering the research IT needs of our customers, and understanding how Globus services can best support their mission. You will use your industry and product expertise to consult with customers, and identify how adopting Globus will improve their cyberinfrastructure and ultimately support breakthrough discoveries.
