A pre-release of TP1.3.2 (the "cloudkit" release) is available online:

    http://workspace.globus.org/vm/TP1.3.2/

We are not done yet but it is in working condition and a full first take on
documentation is now online.  Direct linking to this URL is the best way to get
there.

peruse the new cloud guide.

As you may notice in the changelog, there are some minor tasks left.  We also
plan to more thoroughly test, fix any bugs, and work on the documentation some
more.
