Where should I run the gpt-build -nosrc?  After I do all makes?   Can

The globus-bootstrap.sh file should be part of the globus_core package. If you are installing from a source installer, it should be copied to $GLOBUS_LOCATION/libexec/globus-bootstrap.sh at build time. The globus autotools aren't part of the installer. To get those, download via CVS:

cvs -d :pserver:anonymous@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx:/home/globdev/CVS/globus-packages co autotools

then

cd autotools
./install-autotools $GLOBUS_LOCATION
